There are a proposed 284 apartment units on the site, separated into two buildings.

The first, containing the majority of the units, is an S-shaped building along Church Street. This shape will allow two ground-level courtyards for the multifamily amenity package. Parking will be accessible by a third floor bridge to the parking deck. Residential parking is reserved in the upper levels of the parking deck, leaving the lower levels available for grocery and commercial uses.

The second building, containing multifamily units, will line the corner of Wade Hampton Boulevard and East Stone Avenue. These units will be located above ground-level retail space. They will share an internal courtyard with the retail spaces and have direct access to the parking deck on a floor-by-floor basis.
